Sin localización precisa en Cassano (1914 [1988]: 23). Corresponde al francoprovenzal del Valle de Aosta. Richelmy (2000: 63) lo recoge entre sus Proverbi piemontesi, a pesar de que se trata de un refrán francoprovenzal: Mâs ventaou Fourie euraou.
